Bluecoats offer a huge range of activities and classes in our fitness centre, catering to all of your fitness and activity needs. Throughout the year, we host a range of exciting events and sponsor and partake in events within the local community.

The Mum Club
Monday 27th January 2025
Join Mum Club Horsham for a Buggy Fit Class followed by a Tea/Coffee, Cake & Chats here with us at Bluecoat Sports.
Get your body moving & meet like-minded mums after birth in a friendly and supportive environment. Hosted at Bluecoat Sports Health & Fitness Club, this functional whole-body class will include elements of low-impact cardio, core, pelvic floor restores and toning exercises with body weight and resistance bands, all while your little one watches on from your buggy or play mat provided.
You must have been signed off by your doctor (around 6-12 weeks, depending on type of delivery) before starting any postnatal fitness programme.
Your ticket price will include :
– 60 min Buggy Fit Class
– Space for Buggy’s if babies are happy to stay in them if not, a play-mat will be provided to pop your littles down on so you can focus on the workout
– TMC Tote bag
– Bottle of water
– One hot or cold drink after the class
– A delicious slice of cake or treat from their cafe to enjoy post class
– Free Car parking & buggy friendly access
Members Day 2025
Sunday 2nd February 2025
This is a day designed with you, our members, in mind. It’s a day for our team to say thank you for choosing to be a member at Bluecoat Sports!

& of course, freebies! (whose still wearing their socks from last year?!)
All activities will be FREE for our members all day, no matter what membership you have. Not a member? You can pay as you go.

Yard Games
Yard Games is a friendly fitness competition where participants perform a series of strength, endurance, and metabolic exercises to raise funds for local charities. At our 2024 event, our community raised a total of £273.28 for the Olive Tree, a local cancer support charity.
