Falls Prevention Classes at Bluecoats Sports are designed to help older adults and individuals with mobility challenges reduce the risk of falls. Focusing on improving coordination, strength and balance, our classes aim to enhance physical stability and confidence in daily movements to prevent falls.
Each class is led by a qualified instructor, ensuring that exercises are safe, effective, and tailored to meet your needs. Classes are held weekly and are kept in small groups for personalised attention. Before joining, participants undergo a simple screening process and falls risk assessment, during which our team assesses their suitability and recommends the best approach for them.
These classes are available to both members and non-members for £24.00 for 12-weeks. Whether you want to improve balance, increase strength, or stay active and independent, our falls prevention classes can help.
