-Train like a CHAMP!

Train like the Tennis champs on your TV screen this Wimbledon! Between Monday 3rd and Sunday 16th July, we are challenging you to push your usual routine further & reach your summer fitness goals.  Aim to increase the number of workouts you do by at least 1 workout each week.  Keep yourself in check by entering the challenge on the BCS app.

How to get involved:

  1. Join the Challenge on the BCS app.
  2. Connect your Fitness Tracker to the app e.g. FitBit, Apple Heath, Strava etc.
  3. Log your workouts either via your Fitness Tracker, by logging into your xID Matrix account on any of our cardio kit in the Fitness Suite or by manually entering your workout via the BCS app.
  4. The data will sync onto the app & move you up the leaderboard as you complete each of your workouts.

Get yourself to the top of the leaderboard and become our BCS CHAMP,  winning yourself a goodie bag full of BCS merchandise!

Jump ‘N’ Play

There will be double the fun in our Jump ‘N’ Play sessions, as from 25th July  we will be hosting two sessions per week! You can join in these Summer sessions every Tuesday & Thursday between 09:45-10:45 & 11:00-12:00. Plus, for the Summer only, sessions will cost just £3.00 per child!

Aqua Aerobics

Please note that our current Aqua Aerobics class on a Friday at 09:00 will end on Friday 30th June. Emma, the current instructor for this class, is leaving & we have unfortunately currently been unable to find anyone to take over teaching the class.  We have an advert out & are looking for new Aqua instructors.

At the same time, we are excited to announce that Lee, who has covered some Aqua Aerobics over the last few weeks, will be instructing a new Aqua Aerobics class every Thursday morning between 08:00-08:45.  This new class time will begin on 27th July. As a result of the above, there will be changes to our Member Swimming times.  From 7th July there will be an additional Members Swimming session on Fridays between 09:00-09:45. From 27th July, Members Swimming on a Thursday between 08:00-08:45 will be replaced by Aqua Aerobics.
