Introducing Falls Prevention

This month we are excited to be launching our new Falls Prevention classes, designed to help older adults and individuals with mobility challenges reduce the risk of falls.

Focusing on improving coordination, strength and balance, our classes aim to enhance physical stability and confidence in daily movements to prevent falls.
